1. Service Description
What Aslax sells, and what it does not sell.
Aslax, LLC sells access to its own AI creative software platform. The service includes tools for generating and editing digital content such as images, video, audio, 3D assets, relighting, upscaling, and product visuals.
Customers purchase access from Aslax only. Third-party AI model, infrastructure, and payment providers are used only as technology vendors or payment processors.
Aslax does not operate a marketplace and does not facilitate peer-to-peer payments.
2. Account Eligibility and Security
Who can use the service and how account responsibility works.
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and follow all applicable laws.
The service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority required to enter a binding contract in their jurisdiction.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use paid features, identity-sensitive media features, or community posting features.
Users under 18 may not create an account, purchase credits, subscribe, upload content, or use the service.
You are responsible for account credentials, activity under your account, and keeping your contact and billing information accurate.
Some features or transactions may require email verification, additional review, acceptance of specific consent terms, or other reasonable compliance checks before access is enabled.
Age Eligibility
The service is for adults who can enter a binding contract.
The service is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority required to enter a binding contract in their jurisdiction.
Users under 18 may not create an account, purchase credits, subscribe, upload content, or use the service.
3. Billing, Subscriptions, and Usage Charges
Plans, credits, renewals, prorations, and billing.
You may purchase subscription plans and/or usage-based access from Aslax. Charges, pricing units, and included credits or usage limits are shown at checkout and in your plan details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring or one-time charges for the selected plan or add-on until cancellation or completion.
Payments are handled by the active checkout and billing provider shown to the customer at purchase.
Subscription upgrades or downgrades are generally applied immediately through the billing provider with prorated billing unless a specific checkout or billing flow states otherwise before confirmation.
Credits are service units for in-app usage only, are not currency, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged.
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. Add-on credits are one-time purchases that expire 45 days after purchase.
4. Cancellation and Renewal
How future renewals stop and when access ends.
You can cancel future renewals from account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future billing. Your current paid period remains active until the end of that period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Order Process and Contract Information
How checkout details, confirmation, and contract language are presented.
Before you place a paid order, the checkout flow is intended to show the selected plan or add-on, the billing interval, the applicable price information, and the final payable amount before confirmation.
You can review and correct order inputs before confirming payment by using the checkout controls, account settings, or browser navigation provided in the payment flow.
Order confirmations, invoices, receipts, and related billing records may be provided electronically through the account, billing portal, email, or payment-provider tooling.
Public site surfaces may appear in English, Arabic, or German. The contract language for a specific order is the language presented in the relevant checkout or legal flow unless that flow states otherwise.
These Terms are published on a public URL and can be stored or reproduced using standard browser or device functions.
6. Refunds
Where refund rules live and when charges are final.
Refunds and cancellation rights are governed by our Refund / Cancellation Policy and any refund terms shown at checkout.
Charges are non-refundable except as expressly described in that policy, shown at checkout, or required by applicable law.
For EU consumers buying digital services, checkout may require express consent for immediate service performance and acknowledgement that withdrawal rights may be affected once digital delivery begins.
7. No Marketplace or Third-Party Seller Relationship
Clarifies that Aslax is not a marketplace or payment facilitator.
Aslax does not operate a marketplace and does not process payments on behalf of third-party sellers.
Aslax does not facilitate peer-to-peer payments.
8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content
High-level safety and abuse restrictions for the platform.
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, block requests, decline transactions, or suspend accounts for policy violations.
High-risk features involving faces, voices, likenesses, or identity-sensitive media may be gated behind verified email, per-generation consent, provider pre-approval, moderation checks, or manual review.
For any feature involving a real person's face, voice, likeness, body, identity, or personal data, you must own the content or have explicit permission from every person depicted or heard.
If Illinois or similar biometric privacy laws apply, you must obtain written consent before uploading or processing biometric identifiers or voice/face data, and you agree to provide proof on request.
Synthetic or AI-edited media must not be presented as authentic footage, speech, identity evidence, official records, or real-world proof.
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing content or business activity
- Harassment, hate speech, violent abuse content, doxxing, or threats
- Exploitative sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving minors
- Impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual face or voice misuse, or identity fraud
- Adult, sexual, intimate, humiliating, or exploitative content involving a real person or likeness
- Celebrity, public-figure, political candidate, public official, or endorsement impersonation
- Fake IDs, fake documents, fake evidence, forged records, or other document falsification
- Biometric identification, face recognition, sensitive trait inference, or automated categorization of people
- Tracking people or processing personal data or biometrics without legally required consent
- High-risk automated decisions in healthcare, finance, employment, legal, housing, insurance, education, or social welfare without qualified human review and legal compliance
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, card testing, or abuse of platform or security controls
- Attempts to bypass safety systems, disguise prohibited activity, or generate restricted material
- Using the service in violation of applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or payment-provider/card-network rules
9. Community and Public Content
How posts are reviewed and when they become public.
Community posts are private and visible only to you and moderators until approved. Approved posts may become public to other users and visitors.
Do not post confidential information, personal data you are not authorized to share, or content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
By submitting a community post, you grant Aslax a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute the post within the service and community surfaces.
We may edit, remove, or restrict community content at any time for legal, safety, or policy reasons.
10. AI Outputs, Similarity, and Review
AI outputs are generated and may not be unique.
AI outputs are generated automatically and may be similar to outputs produced for other users.
Aslax does not guarantee that outputs are unique or free of third-party rights claims.
You are responsible for reviewing and clearing outputs before public, commercial, or client use.
11. AI Providers and Training
How prompts, uploads, and outputs are processed.
To deliver the service, prompts, uploads, and generation settings may be sent to third-party AI model or infrastructure providers.
Depending on provider and plan, those providers may retain and use content to operate, secure, or improve their services, including model improvement or safety analysis.
If you require providers that do not train on your content, contact support@aslax.eu before submitting sensitive materials. Some providers offer opt-out or enterprise terms, and availability may vary.
Do not submit confidential or regulated data unless you are authorized to share it and understand these disclosures.
12. User Content and Intellectual Property
What you keep, and the license needed to run the service.
You retain rights to your lawful inputs and outputs, subject to third-party rights and applicable law.
Aslax receives a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content only to provide and secure the service.
You are responsible for confirming that your uploads, prompts, generated outputs, and downstream use comply with applicable law, contract terms, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, and rights of publicity.
13. Restricted Businesses and Payment Provider Compliance
Restricted categories that create payment, sanctions, or review risk.
To protect our payment-provider relationships and comply with applicable law, you may not use the service, its billing access, or its outputs in connection with prohibited or restricted business categories.
You may not use the service if you are located in, controlled by, or acting on behalf of a sanctioned country, government, entity, or individual, or if a transaction would violate applicable sanctions or export controls.
You may not use, purchase, export, re-export, or access the service where prohibited by sanctions, export-control laws, payment-provider rules, or applicable law.
You represent that you are not located in, resident in, or ordinarily operating from a prohibited jurisdiction and are not listed on a sanctions or prohibited-party list.
- Marketplaces, resale of third-party goods or services, payment facilitation, fundraising, or donation collection on behalf of others
- Counterfeit, pirated, or unlicensed goods, copyrighted works, or IP you do not control
- Gambling, lotteries, sweepstakes, weapons, illegal drugs, tobacco or vaping products, or other regulated or illegal goods
- Crypto, NFTs, currency exchange, lending, investment schemes, stored-value products, or other unlicensed financial services
- Pornography, NSFW/adult sexual content, pornographic commerce, escort or sexual services, and any exploitative or non-consensual sexual content
- Any use that violates card-network rules, sanctions restrictions, export controls, or the rules of an approved payment provider
14. Service Availability and Changes
Capacity, maintenance, model updates, and policy changes.
Service availability can vary by region, model vendor capacity, maintenance, and safety controls.
We may update features, models, pricing, and policies. Material updates are posted on the site and/or sent by email.
15. Suspension and Termination
When access can be paused or closed.
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, chargeback abuse, provider review, legal risk, security threats, or policy violations.
We may also delay access to specific features while moderation, identity, rights, fraud, or compliance checks are pending.
You remain responsible for charges incurred before suspension or termination.
16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Core warranty and liability limits.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to us for the relevant paid service in the 12 months before the event or the minimum amount required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, lawful, unique, non-infringing, merchantable, or fit for a particular purpose, and you remain responsible for reviewing outputs before client, commercial, or public use.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
Default governing law and forum for disputes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that venue.

AI Processing and Third-Party Model Providers
ASLAX provides AI-powered generation and editing features for images, video, audio, text, and related media. Some requests may be processed using third-party AI infrastructure or model providers, such as Replicate, fal.ai, Google Vertex AI / Gemini, Kling, Seedance, or similar providers, depending on the selected model, feature, request type, availability, and performance.
ASLAX is an independent product and custom software interface. ASLAX is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these providers or model creators. Model and provider names are used only to identify available integrations.
When users use these features, ASLAX may send the data necessary to process the request to these providers. This may include prompts, uploaded files, reference images, generation settings, and resulting outputs.
ASLAX does not send full payment card details to AI model providers. Payments are processed separately by the payment provider, such as Stripe or another payment processor.
Available models and providers may change over time. ASLAX may add, remove, or replace providers to improve quality, speed, reliability, availability, safety, or security.
