Your Responsibilities

  • You must secure all required rights, permissions, licenses, releases, notices, and consent for every upload, prompt, output, publication, distribution, client delivery, advertisement, and commercial use.
  • You are responsible for how generated outputs are reviewed, labeled, published, used, and distributed, but Aslax may independently block, review, remove, preserve, or report content even when you attest that you have permission.
  • You must follow model and vendor restrictions where applicable.
  • You must accurately describe your business and may not use Aslax to disguise a prohibited product or payment flow.
  • If biometric or publicity laws apply (including Illinois), you must obtain written consent before processing face or voice data and retain auditable proof for the legally required period.
  • You must clearly and conspicuously label public, commercial, political, news, client-facing, or realistically deceptive synthetic media as AI-generated or materially AI-edited and preserve all machine-readable provenance metadata.

Allowed Use Cases

The service is intended for consent-based, brand-safe creative work using content you own, created yourself, licensed, or are explicitly authorized to process.

  • Creating avatars, profile visuals, or creative media of yourself when you have the rights to the source material
  • Editing owned or licensed photos, videos, product images, brand assets, and campaign materials
  • Creating brand-safe marketing creatives with owned or licensed assets and non-deceptive AI disclosure
  • Using licensed characters, stock assets, or third-party media only where the license allows AI processing and output use
  • Internal creative prototyping with authorized assets, including clearly labeled synthetic or AI-edited media
  • Lawful, non-sexual, non-deceptive parody, satire, memes, fan content, commentary, news analysis, and respectful editorial recreation with required rights, clear AI disclosure, and no face-swap or voice-clone tooling

High-Risk and Sensitive AI Uses

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, or content that promotes or facilitates self-harm
  • Using personal data, faces, voices, likenesses, or other biometrics without the legally required rights, notice, or consent
  • Tracking, surveilling, or monitoring individuals without consent or another valid legal basis
  • High-risk automated decisions that materially affect rights, opportunities, or access in employment, housing, healthcare, finance, insurance, legal services, education, or social welfare without qualified human review and legal compliance

Security and Abuse Restrictions

  • Spam, abusive automation, malware, phishing, credential theft, or card testing
  • Abuse of, interference with, or disruption to our infrastructure or the services of others
  • Attempts to bypass abuse protections, moderation systems, rate limits, or safety filters

Deception and Misrepresentation

  • Fraud, scams, or other deceptive behavior
  • Impersonating a real person without clear disclosure where disclosure is required to avoid deception
  • False or misleading claims of expertise, certification, or capability in sensitive areas such as health, finance, law, or government services
  • Misleading claims about elections, civic processes, public authorities, or harmful health practices
  • Misrepresenting AI-generated content as solely human-created in order to deceive

Enforcement

We may review prompts, uploads, account activity, provenance data, and generated outputs automatically or manually to enforce this policy and protect the service. User attestations do not override our technical blocks, provider restrictions, legal duties, or payment-provider requirements.

  • Block or refuse unsafe requests
  • Quarantine outputs or public posts pending human review
  • Remove violating content
  • Decline or hold suspicious transactions and account access
  • Issue warnings or strikes and suspend features or accounts for repeated or serious violations
  • Terminate accounts for severe or repeated abuse
  • Preserve prompts, uploads, outputs, hashes, consent records, moderation decisions, reports, and account identifiers where reasonably necessary for safety, disputes, legal compliance, and repeat-abuse prevention
  • Report activity to relevant authorities where legally required

Limited Contextual Exceptions

We may consider educational, documentary, scientific, artistic, parody, satire, or public-interest context when assessing a request. Context may support benign real-person recreation, but it never permits sexual or intimate real-person media, deceptive impersonation, false endorsements, political persuasion, defamation, fraud, harassment, or non-consensual intimate content.
