Consent and Preferences

ASLAX uses consent records to keep sign-in, safety, analytics preferences, and high-risk media controls accountable. Essential storage keeps accounts, security, billing, and fraud-prevention flows working. Optional analytics, marketing pixels, and marketing-email recovery flows should only run after the visitor allows them through the available consent controls.

Creem abandoned-cart recovery may send checkout-recovery emails only when the required marketing-email consent exists. Do not enable this feature for products or audiences until consent capture, unsubscribe handling, and related Privacy/Terms disclosures are active.

High-risk creative tools involving faces, voices, likenesses, identity-sensitive media, or biometric-style references require verified email and explicit consent before use. Users must have all required rights, notices, releases, and legal authority before uploading or processing another person’s media.

Do not submit confidential information, government identifiers, health information, financial account credentials, trade secrets, unlicensed proprietary material, or biometric information unless the specific feature clearly permits it and you have all required rights, consents, and legal authority.
