What ASLAX Is
ASLAX is a first-party SaaS platform for generating and editing image, video, audio, marketing, and creative assets with AI-assisted tools. ASLAX is operated by Aslax, LLC as its own software service.
ASLAX is not a marketplace, money-transfer app, crypto or investment product, gambling service, adult-content business, lending product, or financial-advice service.
Billing, Subscriptions, and Credits
Pricing and checkout pages show the selected plan, billing interval, included credits, renewal expectations, cancellation path, policy links, and support contact before payment.
Card entry is handled by PCI-compliant hosted checkout providers. ASLAX does not store full card numbers or CVV.

AI Generation Safety
ASLAX applies prompt, upload, and output safeguards depending on the selected tool, model, account state, and risk context.
Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative, infringing, non-consensual, deceptive, or unsafe content is not allowed. ASLAX does not offer public face-swap, real-person voice cloning, deceptive lip-sync, or identity replacement features.
Ownership and Usage Rights
Users retain rights they already own in uploads and prompts. Subject to the Terms, policy compliance, payment status, third-party rights, and applicable law, users may use eligible outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes.
Users are responsible for having the rights, licenses, permissions, and consent required for uploaded media, reference assets, likenesses, voices, trademarks, and downstream publication.
Support and Business Transparency
ASLAX uses trusted infrastructure, database, storage, AI, moderation, analytics, email, support, checkout, tax, fraud-prevention, and security vendors to operate the service. Provider and API keys are kept server-side.
