Payment Terms
Subscriptions are charged in advance for the selected billing interval. Add-on credit packs are one-time purchases tied to an active subscription where stated on the pricing page or at checkout.
Payments are processed by the active checkout provider shown during purchase.
Any applicable taxes, the billing interval, and the final amount due are shown during checkout before you complete payment.
Digital services begin once access, plan entitlements, or credits are provisioned to your account.
Subscription upgrades or downgrades are normally applied immediately through the active billing provider with prorated billing, unless a specific billing flow states otherwise before confirmation.
Screening, Verification, and Restricted Transactions
Transactions may be screened for fraud, sanctions, restricted-business compliance, and chargeback risk.
We may request reasonable verification information, refuse suspicious transactions, or suspend paid access while a compliance review is pending.
Subscription Refund Eligibility
First-time subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund if the request is made within seven (7) days of purchase and no more than twenty-five (25) credits have been used during the current billing period.
Once more than twenty-five (25) credits have been used, the subscription fee for that billing period is non-refundable because the digital service has been materially consumed.
Failed Generations and Credits
If our internal systems confirm that a paid generation failed because of a Aslax technical error and no usable output was delivered, we may restore the consumed credits or provide an account credit.
Failed generations caused by user prompts, unsupported inputs, policy blocks, third-party provider restrictions, user connection issues, or misuse may not qualify for credit restoration.
Renewal Payments
Renewal payments are refundable only if the request is made within forty-eight (48) hours of the renewal charge and no credits have been used after the renewal date.
Partial Refunds
We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time or unused credits, except where required by law.
Failed Generations
If a generation fails due to a technical issue and credits were charged, the affected credits will be automatically restored to your account. We do not provide cash refunds for failed generations where credits have been restored, except where required by law.
Billing Errors and Unauthorized Charges
Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or verified billing errors will be reviewed and refunded where appropriate.
Promotional and Bonus Credits
Promotional credits, bonus credits, trial credits, and expired credits are not refundable and have no cash value.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@aslax.eu using the email address linked to your account. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Refund requests are typically acknowledged within 24 hours and reviewed within five (5) business days, subject to fraud, chargeback, or compliance checks.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
