- Beta features may have limited availability, queue priority, quality, support, retention, or compatibility.
- Some beta image, video, audio, workflow, or model-provider features may require verified email, account consent, and additional safety controls.
- ASLAX may collect operational feedback, error reports, generation metadata, and moderation evidence to improve beta reliability and safety.
- Mandatory consumer rights, privacy rights, and refund rules remain governed by the posted Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
