What to include
- Your account email address.
- The affected page, order, invoice, asset, or content URL.
- A short description of the problem and the outcome you are requesting.
- Any screenshots or supporting references that help us review the issue.
Complaint types
You can use this channel for billing and subscription disputes, cancellation issues, privacy requests, moderation appeals, suspected account compromise, accessibility issues, or other service-related complaints.
Alternative dispute resolution
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, Aslax does not currently advertise participation in a specific consumer ADR body on this page. We will update this page if that position changes.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025. EU consumers can still review available dispute-resolution bodies through the European Commission consumer redress resources.
Report Handling and Response Targets
We review reports as soon as reasonably possible. Reports involving security risks, suspected child exploitation or child-safety risks, credible threats, fraud, payment abuse, or clearly illegal content may be prioritized.
- Security vulnerabilities: prioritized review as soon as reasonably possible.
- Illegal content or abuse reports: prioritized based on severity, completeness, and legal risk.
- Copyright and IP complaints: reviewed after we receive enough information to identify the affected work and content.
- Billing complaints: reviewed through support and payment-provider records.
- Moderation appeals: reviewed based on the account, content, and policy decision involved.
These are operational targets, not guaranteed response times. Complex, incomplete, abusive, or legally sensitive reports may take longer. We may request additional information before taking action. Where appropriate or legally required, we may remove or restrict content, preserve records, suspend accounts, or report matters to relevant authorities.
