Allowed Creative Editing vs. Prohibited Identity Manipulation
ASLAX provides general-purpose AI creative tools for lawful, authorized, and brand-safe workflows. The availability of a model or editing feature does not permit misuse.
Allowed uses include product-image editing, background changes, relighting, style transfer, scene generation, synthetic-character generation, blemish cleanup, texture improvements, preset synthetic voiceovers, and other authorized creative edits.
ASLAX does not permit face-swap or uploaded-face-cloning tools, deceptive deepfakes, real-person voice cloning, sexual or intimate real-person media, fake endorsements, political manipulation, defamation, fraud, harassment, false evidence, adult or NSFW generation, or fake-document creation.
Benign, non-sexual, non-deceptive recreation, parody, satire, memes, fan content, fictional scenes, commentary, documentary, education, art, or news illustration may be processed even when a public figure is named, provided the user has every required right or permission and clearly discloses the AI generation or material edit. These contexts do not excuse a prohibited harmful use.
| Feature | Allowed use | Prohibited use |
|---|---|---|
| Image-to-image | Style transfer, product edits, background changes, and authorized creative edits | Identity replacement or deceptive manipulation of a real person |
| Image-to-video | Animation of products, landscapes, scenes, or authorized synthetic characters | Making a real person appear to speak or act deceptively |
| Avatar | Text-generated fictional or synthetic characters | Cloning or impersonating a real uploaded face |
| Skin Fix | Blemish cleanup, lighting correction, and texture improvements | Changing identity, replacing a face, or reconstructing a person deceptively |
| Voiceover | Preset synthetic voices | Cloning or impersonating a real person's voice |
| Camera Angles | Product and scene variations | Reconstructing or imitating a real person's identity from reference photos |
Prompts may be screened automatically before generation. Additional safety checks and consent confirmations may apply when users upload reference media. ASLAX may block requests, disable features, remove content, suspend accounts, or request additional evidence of authorization where necessary.
Built-In Safety Controls
Built-in safeguards help keep AI creation safe, consent-aware, and reviewable.
| Risk | Safeguard | Review trail |
|---|---|---|
| Adult / NSFW content | Prompt checks, OpenAI moderation, and optional Llama Guard 4 multimodal review | Moderation history and block decisions |
| Fake IDs or document forgery | Blocked prompt patterns and restricted-use checks | Abuse reports and documented removals |
| Impersonation or non-consensual deepfakes | Consent gates for face, voice, and likeness features plus generation limits | Per-generation consent records and takedown tickets |
| Public figures and fake endorsements | Keyword and multimodal screening; public identity features disabled; parody/news labels do not bypass the block | Blocked-request logs, reports, account review, and provider evidence |
| Synthetic-media transparency | Mandatory disclosure; provenance metadata must be preserved; watermarking/C2PA rollout required before public identity-sensitive media can be enabled | Generation-to-user traceability and retained provenance records |
| Illegal or fraudulent content | Policy blocks and security review for high-risk signals | Abuse logs and account enforcement actions |
- Abuse reports, takedowns, and review status are logged for auditability.
- Refund and chargeback records are retained where needed for operational integrity.
- Risk-sensitive identity features require verified email, explicit consent, and documented enablement before use.
- User responsibility is not the sole safeguard: ASLAX may block, quarantine, remove, de-index, preserve, or report content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts.
Scope
This policy applies to AI features, prompts, uploads, API requests, and generated outputs on Aslax.
Inputs and permissions
You must secure all rights, permissions, licenses, releases, notices, and consent required for every upload, prompt, output, publication, distribution, client delivery, advertisement, and commercial use, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, biometric, performer, voice, music, and model-release rights.
Permission to possess or upload a photo, video, or recording is not by itself permission to clone, animate, alter, publish, advertise with, or commercially exploit a person's face, body, likeness, identity, or voice. Aslax may require auditable proof and may refuse a request despite a user attestation.
Do not submit confidential or regulated data unless you are authorized to share it and understand the vendor disclosures below.
Do Not Submit Sensitive Information
Do not submit confidential information, government identifiers, health information, financial account credentials, trade secrets, unlicensed proprietary material, or biometric information unless the specific feature clearly permits it and you have all required rights, consents, and legal authority.
Aslax is not designed for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, insurance, migration, or other high-risk decisions.
Outputs and non-uniqueness
AI outputs are generated automatically and may be similar to outputs produced for other users.
Aslax does not guarantee that outputs are unique or free of third-party rights claims. Review outputs before public or commercial use.
AI Transparency Notice
Aslax provides AI-assisted creative tools. Outputs may be generated or materially modified by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, similar to outputs generated for other users, or unsuitable for certain uses.
Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, commercial use, client delivery, or reliance. A clear and conspicuous disclosure that content is AI-generated or materially AI-edited is mandatory for public, commercial, political, news, client-facing, or realistically deceptive image, video, audio, voice, likeness, or public-interest content.
Do not remove, crop, obscure, alter, or disable an Aslax or provider watermark, Content Credential, C2PA manifest, digital signature, metadata tag, or other provenance indicator. If a distribution channel strips metadata, retain the visible disclosure and keep the original provenance-bearing file.
Model providers and training
We route prompts, uploads, and generation settings to third-party AI model or infrastructure providers to fulfill your request.
Depending on provider and plan, providers may retain or use content to operate, secure, or improve their services, including training or safety analysis.
Where available, we surface provider-specific training and retention warnings in-product and offer opt-out or alternative provider options. Contact support@aslax.eu before submitting sensitive materials.
Vercel AI Gateway and Downstream Model Providers
Certain AI requests may be routed through Vercel AI Gateway, an AI routing and infrastructure service that enables ASLAX to interact with selected third-party AI model and inference providers.
When a feature uses Vercel AI Gateway, ASLAX may send the data necessary to process the request through Vercel and to the applicable downstream model provider. This may include prompts, uploaded files, reference media, generation settings, technical metadata, and resulting outputs.
The applicable downstream provider may process data under its own terms, privacy notices, safety policies, retention rules, and model-training practices. These conditions may vary by provider, model, account configuration, and plan.
By using features routed through Vercel AI Gateway, users must comply with the applicable ASLAX policies, the Vercel AI Product Terms, the Vercel Acceptable Use Policy, and any applicable downstream provider terms made available for the selected model.
ASLAX is an independent product and custom software interface. ASLAX uses third-party AI infrastructure and model providers for certain features and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those providers. Available routing infrastructure and model providers may change over time to improve quality, performance, reliability, safety, or availability.
Safety, consent, and restricted uses
Explicit, informed, documented consent is required before processing a non-public real person's face, voice, body, or likeness. Non-consensual cloning, animation, face swapping, lip-sync, identity replacement, or impersonation is prohibited.
Aslax may process benign, non-sexual, non-deceptive recreation or transformation involving a recognizable person when the user has all required rights and the result is clearly disclosed as AI-generated or AI-edited. Aslax still prohibits intimate or sexual real-person media, deceptive deepfakes, face-swap or voice-clone tooling, fake endorsements, political manipulation, defamation, fraud, harassment, and false evidence.
Text discussion, criticism, biography, commentary, news analysis, parody, satire, fan content, and respectful editorial recreation may be allowed when they do not involve a prohibited harmful use.
We do not permit biometric identification, face recognition, or sensitive trait inference through the service.
If Illinois or similar biometric privacy laws apply, you must obtain written consent before processing face or voice data and provide proof on request.
Limitations and verification
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Do not rely on them as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice without qualified review.
Reporting and updates
Report safety issues, rights concerns, or non-consensual media at support@aslax.eu or via the takedown and abuse reporting pages.
We may update this policy as providers, features, or legal requirements change.
