- Copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or likeness-rights claims.
- Non-consensual use of a person's face, voice, body, name, or identity.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or illegal public content.
- Payment-provider, card-network, or Acceptable Use Policy violations.

Report Handling and Response Targets
We review reports as soon as reasonably possible. Reports involving security risks, suspected child exploitation or child-safety risks, credible threats, fraud, payment abuse, or clearly illegal content may be prioritized.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated digital forgeries: a clear and conspicuous removal process is available to account holders and non-users; valid requests are targeted for removal together with known identical copies within 48 hours where the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act applies.
- Credible public-figure impersonation, fake endorsement, election deception, or active fraud: immediate containment review, including temporary restriction of sharing or account access where appropriate.
- Security vulnerabilities: prioritized review as soon as reasonably possible.
- Illegal content or abuse reports: prioritized based on severity, completeness, and legal risk.
- Copyright and IP complaints: reviewed after we receive enough information to identify the affected work and content.
- Billing complaints: reviewed through support, checkout, receipt, and dispute records.
- Moderation appeals: reviewed based on the account, content, and policy decision involved.
Except for deadlines imposed by applicable law, these are operational targets and not guaranteed response times. We assign a ticket ID, preserve relevant evidence, track disposition and appeals, and may request additional information. Where appropriate or legally required, we may remove or restrict content, search for known identical copies, preserve hashes and records, suspend accounts, or report matters to relevant authorities.
