What to report here
- Non-consensual use of a person's face, voice, name, or likeness.
- Impersonation, fraud, phishing, fake endorsements, or identity misuse.
- Harassment, hate, exploitation, sexualized real-person media, or illegal content.
- Content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, Terms, or payment-provider rules.
Review process
Abuse reports are routed for legal, security, and moderation review. We may remove content, restrict access, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, or request more information. For urgent legal escalations, email aslan@aslax.eu.
Report Handling and Response Targets
We review reports as soon as reasonably possible. Reports involving security risks, suspected child exploitation or child-safety risks, credible threats, fraud, payment abuse, or clearly illegal content may be prioritized.
- Security vulnerabilities: prioritized review as soon as reasonably possible.
- Illegal content or abuse reports: prioritized based on severity, completeness, and legal risk.
- Copyright and IP complaints: reviewed after we receive enough information to identify the affected work and content.
- Billing complaints: reviewed through support and payment-provider records.
- Moderation appeals: reviewed based on the account, content, and policy decision involved.
These are operational targets, not guaranteed response times. Complex, incomplete, abusive, or legally sensitive reports may take longer. We may request additional information before taking action. Where appropriate or legally required, we may remove or restrict content, preserve records, suspend accounts, or report matters to relevant authorities.

This creates a support ticket tagged for security and legal review.
